Job Summary:Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin & English) Construction Project Coordinator to support our Chinese management team and assist with daily project operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in construction project management.
This position requires both office-based work and occasional on-site support at construction projects.
This is an entry- to mid-level position with growth opportunities. Recent graduates with strong Mandarin and English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist project managers with daily coordination and administrative tasks
- Provide Mandarin–English translation and interpretation for meetings, documents, and on-site communication
- Support communication between Chinese management and local teams
- Track project progress, schedules, and reports
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
- Maintain and organize project documentation and records
- Provide on-site support at construction projects as needed
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience preferred (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Ability to work both in office and on active construction sites
- Standard work schedule:
Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Overtime is available and may be required based on project demands
