Mechanical Superintendent (HVAC – Licensed)
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time.
Job OverviewTiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent with a valid Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License to support a large-scale industrial construction project related to a copper manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with industrial mechanical systems
, including HVAC, cooling water systems, gas systems, and process piping, and will be responsible for supervising installation activities and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and permit requirements.
- Oversee installation of mechanical systems
, including HVAC, cooling water, gas systems, & process piping - Pull mechanical permits and ensure full compliance with Texas codes & regulations
- Coordinate with plumbing, pipe fitting, HVAC, & other mechanical trades
- Review construction drawings, specifications, & mechanical designs
- Monitor job site activities to ensure quality, safety, & schedule adherence
- Work closely with project managers, engineers & subcontractors
- Support planning & execution of industrial mechanical installations
- Valid Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical construction experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling water systems, gas systems & process piping
- Experience in industrial or commercial construction projects
- Ability to read & interpret construction drawings & mechanical plans
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Experience on large-scale industrial or construction projects
- Familiarity with process piping or facility systems
