• Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software.
• Familiarity with employee training and development programs.

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
