This team collaborates with cross‑functional partners to identify performance gaps, analyze data, and implement scalable solutions. They drive process optimization, change management, and project execution to support both daily operations and strategic initiatives. By standardizing best practices and fostering capability building, the team ensures consistent and effective operations across facilities, advancing key initiatives such as reducing delays, improving resource utilization, and strengthening execution to achieve sustained performance improvements at scale.
WhatYou'll Do
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing performance barriers.
- Lead multiple projects by defining scope, establishing milestones, managing resources, and tracking progress.
- Develop associates through training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Analyze processes to identify improvements, develop solutions, and ensure sustainable implementation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and drive process change initiatives.
- Monitor program performance, address issues, and adjust plans to optimize results.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning.
- Proven expertise in project management, including defining scope, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience leading change‑management initiatives and driving organizational culture transformation.
- Ability to analyze data for root‑cause identification and develop sustainable improvement solutions.
- Skilled in performance management, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $ - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
Preferred QualificationsDeveloping and delivering training, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management Certification, Retail consulting, Six Sigma certification, Using Microsoft Office, Working with cross‑functional teams.
