We’re looking for a Service Project Manager to lead field service projects, support customers, and drive successful project delivery across HVAC systems.

What You’ll DoLead service projects from execution through warranty phase

Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring a high level of service

Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability

Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting

Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams

Handle change orders, subcontractors, and project documentation

What You Bring5+ years managing HVAC or technical projects

Strong project management + customer-facing experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Solid understanding of project financials (P&L, cost tracking)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
