Day Shift Dozer Operator

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Operate dozer equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and site operations

+ Perform grading, stockpiling, and material movement according to operational needs

+ Conduct routine equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns

+ Follow site safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational guidelines at all times

+ Collaborate with plant and equipment operators to maintain smooth site operations

** What Are We Looking For*
* + Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate heavy equipment, specifically dozers

+ Strong attention to safety, detail, and situational awareness in dynamic environments

+ Ability to interpret work instructions, site plans, and operational signals

+ Dependable, team‑oriented approach with clear communication skills

+ Willingness and capability to adapt to changing work demands and priorities

** Physical Demands*
* + Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift

+ Ability to climb on and off heavy equipment using ladders and steps multiple times per day

+ Ability to use hands and arms for operating controls, levers, joysticks, and steering mechanisms

+ Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to approximately 50 pounds

+ Ability to maintain alertness and visual awareness for safe equipment operation in varying conditions

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

** Work Environment*
* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
