** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate dozer equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and site operations
* Perform grading, stockpiling, and material movement according to operational needs
* Conduct routine equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns
* Follow site safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational guidelines at all times
* Collaborate with plant and equipment operators to maintain smooth site operations
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate heavy equipment, specifically dozers
* Strong attention to safety, detail, and situational awareness in dynamic environments
* Ability to interpret work instructions, site plans, and operational signals
* Dependable, team‐oriented approach with clear communication skills
* Willingness and capability to adapt to changing work demands and priorities
** Physical Demands
*** Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift
* Ability to climb on and off heavy equipment using ladders and steps multiple times per day
* Ability to use hands and arms for operating controls, levers, joysticks, and steering mechanisms
* Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to approximately 50 pounds
* Ability to maintain alertness and visual awareness for safe equipment operation in varying conditions
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and drug screen
* Successful candidate must submit to a background check
** Work Environment
** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
