LVN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Sealy, TX and surrounding areas. Flexible/dependable scheduling is available. Pay Range: $28 - $36

Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. This role involves working full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available).

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
