LVN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for full- and part-time shifts in Sealy, TX and surrounding areas. Pay range: $28 to $36 per hour.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.
