LVN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-to-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes throughout Sealy, TX and surrounding areas.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care with multidisciplinary team.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

Pay Range: $28–$36 per hour.
