Tiger Star Construction is seeking a skilled Level 1 Mason to perform masonry work on construction projects. This role involves bricklaying, concrete finishing, plastering, and organizing labor resources to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans

• Perform bricklaying and block work according to project specifications

• Operate concrete vibrators, finishing machines, and joint cutters for quality concrete work

• Apply plastering and finishing techniques as required

• Organize and coordinate labor resources on site for masonry tasks

• Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Collaborate with other trades to support project progress

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in masonry or related trades

• Skilled in bricklaying, concrete finishing, and plastering

• Proficient with concrete vibrators, finishing machines, and joint cutters

• Ability to read and follow construction drawings and specifications

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift and handle construction materials

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work on scaffolds or uneven surfaces
