Certified Electrician – Power the Future!
Location: Sealy, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Some Saturdays required)

What You’ll Be DoingPerform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, control circuits, relays, and more.
Troubleshoot and repair advanced electrical/electronic systems down to the component level.
Partner with vendors during retrofits, equipment upgrades, and new system implementations
.Interpret and apply industrial electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
.Use multimeters, meggers, and standard hand tools to test and document system performance.
Ensure all electrical work aligns with:
NEC
NFPA-70E
OSHA
Local electrical codes
Mentor maintenance mechanics and contribute to their professional growth.
Participate in safety programs, risk assessments, and help lead a strong safety culture.
Maintain and manage critical electrical spare parts inventory
.Develop parts lists, scope small projects, and recommend necessary components.
Must be a Certified Electrician
Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical experience
Recent hands‑on electrical work (within the last 18 months)
Strong knowledge of NEC
, OSHA
, and electrical safety practicesExpertise with:
Three‑phase motors
Electrical standards
Blueprint reading
Basic electrical math
Manufacturing environment experience required
Ability to operate forklifts and company vehicles
Strong proficiency with hand tools, meters, and testing equipment
Preferred Certifications (nice to have): ISA, PAE, HVAC, MSHA, HV, OSHA, INPO, PLC, ARC
Lift & carry up to 50 lbs. independently (and up to 75 lbs. with assistance)
Stand and walk 8–12 hours per shift
Bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach overhead, and work in confined areas
Manual dexterity for small components and precision tools
Ability to climb ladders and access equipment platforms
Work around continuous noise
, occasional dust/fumes, and varying temperaturesWear all required PPE (steel‑toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat)
30.00 per hour.
