The Project Superintendent functions as a representative of Phoenix Contractors and is assigned the responsibility and authority for the daily coordination and directing of the project to ensure that it is safe, within budget, on schedule, to the Company's quality standards, and the customer's satisfaction. An individual in this role will conceptualize a plan to construct the project and consistently accomplish its daily and weekly objectives.

Phoenix Contractors, LLC is a commercial general contractor/construction manager. While our specialty lies in the K-12 school market, we have extensive experience in all facets of commercial construction from retail, restaurant, medical, and multi‑family to large industrial projects. Tenant infill or new construction, no job is too big or too small.
