In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and rotate through multiple departments within the Tech Center, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a variety of operational, support and technology-related functions. Depending on business needs, assignments may range from short-term cross-training opportunities to longer-term placements within a specific department. This position requires on-site work.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and utilization of the internet is required.
- Commitment to demonstrating First Security's Core 5 values with customers and coworkers.

Provide support to various Tech Center departments, including but not limited to:
- Deposit Operations
- ATM/Debit Services
- ACH/Wire Services
- Item Processing
- Document Imaging
- Call Center
- Cash Management
- Internet Banking
- Fraud and BSA Compliance
- Bookkeeping
- Help Desk
Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Adapt to various leadership styles and changing priorities to develop operational and back-office banking knowledge. Learn, understand, and consistently apply bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across multiple operational and support areas. Assist with maintaining accurate process documentation. Develop proficiency in core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and other internal software applications, providing operational support as needed.
Support and promote a positive work environment. Ensure audit controls are followed to protect the Bank from unnecessary risk and exposure. Protect all customer information and bank operations through strict confidentiality. Operate computer software and equipment, telephone, scanner, and copier, and develop proficiency with internal banking systems. Maintain reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and the ability to work on-site with extended hours when necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Possess sufficient mobility to work in a standard office setting. Perform repetitive hand, arm, wrist, and finger movements while handling currency, documents, and/or office equipment. Substantial time may be spent on the telephone, operating computers, reaching, sitting, and/or standing while occasionally stooping, kneeling, or crouching. The employee must have the ability to speak and hear well enough to carry on customer interactions, conversations, and presentations both in person and over telecommunications.
Have near/far visual acuity to identify customers, currency, and reading materials in printed or electronic formats. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. The duties of this position require strong independent problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects and their accurate and timely completion. Able to interact with and lead others in a calm and patient manner;
maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all situations. Able to analyze information, evaluate options, and make sound judgements in a timely manner. Strong mathematical competency related to currency, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. This position also requires the ability to read and interpret documents, draft instructions or presentations, and articulate complex information in written or oral form.
