Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our assisted living facility in Searcy, AR. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an assisted living environment and be committed to providing the highest level of care to our residents.
The CNA will be responsible for caring for residents and helping with their daily needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. The CNA will also assist with meals and medication administration, as well as monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior.
The successful candidate will be hard working, reliable, and punctual. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
