We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support key HR functions, including payroll, HRIS administration, hourly recruiting, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering excellent employee support.

How YOU Will Contribute

  • Administer or serve as backup for weekly hourly payroll within company timelines.
  • Administer or back up all time and attendance record processes.
  • Administer or serve as backup for the full life cycle of the hourly application and hiring process.
  • Maintain and post all hourly position openings.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for temporary employment needs.
  • Maintain confidential employee files and records in compliance with retention requirements and federal/state regulations.
  • Enter full life cycle data for hourly employees into HRIS systems.
  • Post and maintain company bulletin boards and internal communication channels.
  • Answer general HR questions related to company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Assist with facility-sponsored events, community involvement, and social responsibility initiatives.
  • Support semi‑annual hourly engagement surveys and partner with the HR Manager to collect and analyze engagement data.

About YOU

  • 2+ years of payroll administration experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience with HRIS (Dayforce) systems preferred.
