This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3-D Operator at our Searcy, AR location. The 3-D Operator will be responsible for creating and producing high-quality 3-D designs and models used in the memorialization process. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining 3-D machinery, ensuring precision in product construction, following production schedules, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

• Proficiency in 3-D design software, modeling, and rendering
• Hands-on experience with operating and maintaining 3-D production equipment or similar machinery
• Ability to follow technical instructions, production schedules, and safety protocols effectively
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, design, or related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certification or training is a plus
