Overview
Assembly Associate – Searcy, AR
We are currently hiring Assembly Associates for a full-time opportunity in Searcy, Arkansas. This is a temp-to-permanent position with consistent weekday hours and opportunities for long-term employment.
Schedule- Shift Options: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Pay: $14.30 per hour
Responsibilities- Assemble components and small parts in a production environment
- Follow assembly instructions and quality standards
- Maintain a steady pace in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Inspect parts and finished products for accuracy
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working with small moving parts
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Clean background check and drug screen required
