PositionSummary
Under the general supervision of the Foundation Executive Director, this position provides administrative and relationship support to the Foundation’s corporate representatives while helping cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective corporate donors. The role assists with donor solicitation and stewardship efforts, supports the planning and execution of Foundation-specific events, and manages sponsor ships and contributions under the $25,000 giving level. Responsibilities also include accurate donor tracking within the Foundation database and performing other duties as assigned.
WorkSchedule
This is a full-time position with standard working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to support events and Foundation activities.
EducationBachelor’s degree required in Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
Training and ExperiencePrevious experience in the nonprofit or healthcare sector is preferred. Experience in sales, fundraising, or event planning is a plus. The ideal candidate is results‑driven, action‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, mission‑focused environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking abilities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism at all times
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate positively and contribute to a team‑oriented work environment
