Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Searcy - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Arisa Health is growing and we are searching for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our residential facility in Searcy. The LPN will provide direct nursing care in a clinical setting, including checking vital signs, administering medications, injections, obtaining specimens, and other duties as ordered. Preferred: minimum one year experience in a mental health facility. The position is full‑time, non‑exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Coordinator.

Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm (1st shift).

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement physician orders.
• Administer medications, draw blood, and perform other tests or procedures as ordered.
• Complete appropriate records and documentation.

• Arkansas LPN license.
• Minimum one year experience as an LPN (preferred but required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
