Quality Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be integral to supporting manufacturing excellence, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring product quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to quality management, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to innovation and excellence.

** Pay Range:** $65,000 - $85,000

** What's the Job?*
* + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.

+ Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.

+ Support and verify the implementation of permanent corrective actions across production lines.

+ Coordinate and facilitate 8D problem-solving teams to address quality concerns.

+ Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards through audits and documentation.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience; 5+ years of quality engineering experience preferred.

+ Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards; training available for new graduates.

+ Strong understanding of quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, DOE, APQP, and 8D.

+ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems like SAP.

+ Excellent problem-solving, project management, and technical reporting skills.
