Position OverviewThe Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the Ashley Furniture Outlet in Blytheville, AR.
You will:- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Drive revenue and exceed KPIs
- Create a culture of energy, accountability, and results
- Act as the face of the brand locally
Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
- Create a fast-paced, positive, and accountable culture
- Lead from the front on the sales floor
- Coach and develop team members on sales performance and customer experience
- Hold high standards while maintaining strong morale
- Drive store revenue and profitability goals
- Analyze KPIs (SPG, close rate, traffic, etc.) and adjust strategy daily
- Lead daily sales huddles and performance check-ins
- Execute promotions and local marketing initiatives
- Build momentum and maintain a results-driven environment
- Oversee inventory management and merchandising standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong showroom
- Ensure operational consistency and execution
- 3+ years of retail management experience (high-volume preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
