Retail Associate – Inventory
Starting Wage: $14.00 - $18.00
Part Time:
Ability to work varied, traditional and non‑traditional flexible hours.
- Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow to ensure productivity and compliance.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; productivity‑based wage increases are achievable.

- Operate handheld scanners or count tools under supervision.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driving or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, use both hands and wrists, frequently be in low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), and use a ladder.
- Ability to travel by car or plane, including occasional overnight stays.
This position requires prolonged standing, walking, use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, and periodic squatting, kneeling, or crouching. The employee must also lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, frequently use a ladder, and travel by car or occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
Benefits- Competitive pay with a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum increase of $5.00.
