Support bakery department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation;
Bakery department replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns;
Merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and zoning procedures;
Food production and processing following company and food-safety guidelines including proper packaging, labeling, and weighing;
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Harps SMILE program guidelines; build relationships and maintain teamwork
