As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales on the showroom floor.

This is a commission‑based role, with a guaranteed base during training, giving you the opportunity to increase your income through performance.

You will:

• Connect with customers
• Understand their needs
• Guide them to the right products
• Close the sale

• Greet every customer with energy and professionalism
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Provide a welcoming, no‑pressure but results‑driven experience

• Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits
• Recommend solutions that fit the customer’s space, style, and budget
• Upsell and cross‑sell complementary products
• Close sales confidently and consistently

• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges using POS systems
• Handle cash and card payments accurately
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual standards

• Answer customer questions in‑store and over the phone
• Schedule follow‑ups and maintain customer relationships
• Work collaboratively with your team to drive store performance

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment
• Basic math and transaction handling skills
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required
