Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Overview

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license, at least 21 years old, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
• Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
