Branch Office Administrator

Brief Description

Crews & Associates is looking for self‑motivated Branch Office support to join our Searcy Team.

The role involves assisting sales in buying and selling bonds with customers, acquiring new customers, making independent decisions when filling orders, interacting with clients and the broker‑dealer community, supporting daily office operations, writing trade tickets in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with industry regulations, understanding and presenting product offerings, handling trade problems promptly, serving as the “ears and eyes” for the assigned sales team, and maintaining client files.

• Assist sales in the business of buying and selling bonds with customers of Crews & Associates.
• Assist sales in the acquisition of new customers for Crews & Associates.
• Make independent decisions when filling orders and interact with clients and the broker‑dealer community.
• Assist in the daily operations of the office.
• Write trade tickets accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with industry regulations.
• Be aware of product offerings, know how they are structured and priced, and demonstrate them to clients.
• Handle trade problems in a timely manner.
• Serve as the “ears and eyes” for the sales team assigned to support.
• Maintain client files.

• Must study for and pass the SIE, Series 7, and mandatory insurance examinations.
• Must have proficiency in the structure and pricing of investment products.
• Must be able to show offerings to clients and obtain bids with appropriate marks.
• Must be able to set up various types of accounts.
• Must be proficient in program applications including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, Bloomberg, Dashboard, CRM.
• Must be able to determine profit/loss from cost basis and/or statements.
