Crews & Associates is looking for self-motivated Branch Office support to join our Searcy Team.

• Assist sales in the business of buying and selling bonds with customers of Crews & Associates
• Assist sales in the acquisition of new customers for Crews & Associates
• Be able to make independent decision when filling orders, interacting with clients and the broker dealer community
• Assist in the daily operations of the office
• Writing trade tickets in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with industry regulations
• Being aware of product offerings and/or where to find them, having an understanding of how those products are structured and priced, and the competency to show products to clients
• Handling trade problems in a timely manner
• Being the "ears and eyes" for your sales team assigned to support
• Maintaining client files

You will be required to study for and pass the SIE, Series 7, and Insurance.

You will be required to be proficient

• in the structure of and pricing of investment products
• in showing offerings to clients, obtaining bids with appropriate marks to show clients
• in setting up various types of accounts
• in program applications including, but not limited to Excel, Word, Bloomberg, Dashboard, CRM
• in determining profit/loss from cost basis and/or stand
