What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Develop customer relationships and communicate trailer specifications between engineering and sales team.
  • Actively support sales operations and initiatives across the organization.
  • Coordinate trade shows, including logistics, planning, and event preparation.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events when possible to represent the company and support sales efforts.
  • Provide fleet purchase updates and communicate status information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and manage customer quotes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Serve as a Senior Sales Assistant, supporting the sales team with administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the quoting and specification process.
  • Develop and maintain customer specifications and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive and professional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and project timelines are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
  • Assume additional responsibilities and support new initiatives as business needs evolve and the role expands.
  • Demonstrate the Company’s core values and comply with all Company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
