Automotive Sales Consultant — Orr Toyota of Searcy
Orr Toyota of Searcy is growing, and we're looking for driven, customer-focused sales professionals to join our team. If you're competitive, coachable, and want a career with real earning potential — not just a job — we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do- Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process from first contact to delivery
- Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Stay sharp on Toyota's lineup, incentives, and financing options
- Follow up with leads and past customers to keep the pipeline full
- Work as part of a team that holds each other accountable to high standards
- A strong work ethic and a positive, competitive attitude
- Comfort working with people — sales experience helpful but not required
- Reliable, coachable, and willing to follow a proven process
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings
- Guaranteed monthly pay, plus uncapped commission — you earn whichever is greater
- Paid 15th and 30th of each month
- Health insurance, PTO, and 401k
