Qualifications
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must have Arkansas HPBL, or the ability to obtain. - Training and
Experience:
Previous hospital experience preferred. Has skilled knowledge of plumbing, electricity, construction (carpentry), pneumatics and HVAC equipment and systems. - Job Knowledge:
Has ability to read and interpret blue prints. - Safety Sensitive: YES

Description- All phases of general maintenance work (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- Ability to communicate (oral and written).
- Act as a security guard as needed.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to assume rotating shifts after initial orientation period.
- Ability to take oral and written instruction.
- Self-starter.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
