Searcy, AR, US
Full‑time, 8 AM to 4:40 PM (40 hours per week)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or another health‑related field (required).
• Three to five years progressive experience in an office setting managing multiple, complex programs and projects efficiently and effectively.

• Leadership skills, self‑directed, strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, negotiation, and decision‑making ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with support staff, executive staff, Board and Committee Members.
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality.

• Assist with the development, implementation, and coordination of UNITY HEALTH’s Residency Program(s).
• Promote public awareness and positive rapport among medical school communities through written, electronic, and oral communications, and special events/programs to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Provide administrative support to medical education programs while following pre‑established criteria from external accrediting agencies.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day functions of the program(s).
