This is a full-time on-site role located in Searcy, AR. The Load Planner will be responsible for managing freight schedules, coordinating with driver managers and customers, ensuring optimal route planning, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The role requires consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient operations, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and Planning abilities to ensure efficient route optimization and operational scheduling
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain effective interactions with drivers, customers, and team members
- Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain Management for effective freight management and scheduling
- Organizational and time management skills for balancing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with transportation or logistics software is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and think critically in a fast-paced environment
