Class A Flatbed Delivery Driver - Searcy, AR

We are hiring a Class A Flatbed Delivery Driver for a regional route based in Searcy, AR. This position offers competitive pay, weekly layovers in hotels, and a steady Monday-Friday schedule. If you're an experienced driver with a Class A CDL and 13-speed manual truck experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay rate is $27/hour + $150 per diem (paid at the beginning of the week). Drivers will operate a 48ft Flatbed Conestoga Trailer, 13-speed manual. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM start time. This is no-touch, requires strapping/unstrapping. There will be weekly layover spent in hotels.

Schedule:

Monday:
Depart from Searcy, AR, Drive to Houston, TX
Tuesday:
Deliver in Houston, Drive to San Antonio, TX
Wednesday:
Deliver in San Antonio, Drive to Waco, TX
Thursday:
Deliver in Waco, Drive to Dallas, TX
Friday:
Deliver in Dallas, Return home (typically home around 2-3 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

-Safely operate a 13-speed manual truck with a 48ft Flatbed Conestoga Trailer
-Strap and unstrap loads as needed
-Ensure timely and secure deliveries
-Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
-Follow all safety protocols and regulations
-Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Qualifications:

-Valid CDL Class A Driver's license.
-At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
-Clean MVR.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
-Experience driving a 13-speed manual truck
-Knowledge of strapping and unstrapping loads
