Climate Express Drivers make America Great one Mile at a time. They run a lot of miles.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks
• 68 cruise and pedal, ergonomically designed seats, optimal steering position
• 70 L / 96 W sleepers, large built‑in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our operations team is experienced and has been behind the wheel. Drivers run loads in the middle corridor of the United States and are never dispatched through the mountains of the West Coast or to NYC. Trucks undergo regular maintenance and a 24/7 shop is available.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name, creating a supportive environment.

Pay is based on work record and experience. Drivers are paid for loaded and empty miles. Pay may exceed 5%-7% more per year than companies paying for short miles. Annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are offered. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.

Dry van and reefer. No slaughterhouses or fresh meat. 1 pickup/1 drop or drop and hook. 100% no‑touch freight.
