CDL Production Shuttle Driver - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for accurately transporting clean items from a processing plant to a branch location and soiled products from a branch to the plant each day. They load and unload the items with assistance from other employees, maintain cleanliness of their work area, and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Job Expectations and Eligibility Factors:

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must have a valid DOT physical certificate.

• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• May require handling of materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

• Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, during the shift.

• Attention to detail: thorough and careful when completing tasks or correcting mistakes.
• Work ethic: high level of effort and commitment, dependable, prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
• Integrity: behaves honestly, fairly, and ethically.
