Service Manager - Seaside

We are searching for an experienced F/T Service Manager - 455 Seaside at 1560 Canyon Del Rey Blvd, Seaside, California, 93955, United States.

• Serve as the Full‑Time Service Manager reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for maintaining service standards in the store.
• Implement and manage the FAN customer service program.
• Execute corporate directives such as action bulletins and product removals.
• Maintain the store’s break room and housekeeping functions.
• Review mystery shop performance and manage front‑end operations.
• Operate a cash register, review price changes, promotional plans, bulletins, and communicate updates to associates.
• Maintain store sections, order, receive, and stock merchandise using proper equipment.
• Review invoices and load bills for accuracy and stock shelves, end stacks, displays, and deli/freezer cases.
• Set up promotional displays.
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties, record lost or damaged goods, and process end‑of‑day check‑out.

• One to three (1‑3) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail Management Certificate is desirable.
