As a Chase Phone Room Agent, you are the recovery engine for our sales pipeline. Your job is to contact clients by phone, signing them up for upcoming presentations or reconnecting with guests who previously missed their appointment to reschedule them. You will work onsite supporting multiple resort brands across the region, partnering closely with marketing, sales, and operations to keep tour flow moving and qualified guests in the seats.
This is a performance‑driven role with uncapped earning potential.

- Prepare and deliver chase materials to resort rooms as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and resort operations teams across the region.
- Assist at the lobby marketing desk when needed.
