Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Follow safety procedures and guidelines during all tasks.
Work with asbestos and hazardous waste removal in compliance with company, EPA, and OSHA standards.
Operate and maintain service line equipment according to training and safety requirements.
Perform routine maintenance as needed.
Take on other duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements

Current Asbestos Abatement and HAZWOPER Certification preferred.
If not certified, we will provide training.
Must follow EPA, OSHA, and local safety requirements regarding hazardous materials.
Willingness to participate in ongoing industry training and certification updates.

Education & Credentials

Valid driver’s license (must meet MVR policy).
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Completion of all required I-9 documentation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Must pass asbestos and lead medical clearance examination.
Ability to wear and work with a respirator for extended periods.
Physically able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Flexible to work on-call shifts when needed.
