! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon
, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensaton: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Record and log maintenance, repairs, and inspections

Dig, sweep, shovel, and pressure wash as needed

Perform general facility cleaning and painting

Assist in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment including dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations

Respond to daily facilities work orders and work on special projects

Install and make repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials

Install and make repairs to various hardware, including but not limited to door closures and cylindrical locks
