Opportunity Highlights- Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday preferred, flexible on days worked; 3-4 days per week, 4 weeks per month;
Shift times: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:30 AM-5:30 PM (1-hour lunch); 9 guaranteed hours per day;
Overtime applies after 10 hours per day - Job Setting:
Outpatient clinic only;
Newly remodeled clinic with 9 infusion chairs and 4 exam rooms;
Integrated with infusion center - Types of Cases:
Hematology and Oncology;
Preferred experience in bone marrow biopsies;
Services include infusion, dietician, palliative care, oncology nurse navigator, and social work onsite - Credentialing:
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days;
Temporary privileges not available;
Hospital/surgery center privileges required; DEA required

Board Certified required (minimum Board Eligible) - Certifications:
BLS required;
Fellowship required - Licensure:
Active Oregon license required; IMLC not accepted
