Description
Staffing Coordinator - Nursing Admin at Providence Seaside Hospital is a 1.0 FTE full‑time position working weekdays and weekends on a day shift.
This position provides an overview and reconciliation of time cards prior to close of each pay period for all collective bargaining nursing units, with the exception of Surgical Services. The Timekeeper will review and edit weekly schedules and ensure the time entered in Kronos (Prov Time) is accurate and properly documented.

Required Qualifications- Two (2) years experience working with Kronos or other comparable electronic time‑keeping system.
- One (1) year payroll processing experience.

CompensationThe wage range for this position is $20.00 – $30.17 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call payments, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
