Patient Admissions Coordinator

Location: Seaside, OR – Providence Seaside Hospital

Schedule: Part-Time / Variable Shift

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent performs all duties in a manner that promotes the Providence mission, values, and philosophy, serving as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree – Healthcare or Business Administration
• National Certification of CHAA upon hire
• 3 years of experience in Patient Access of Business office setting. Experience with insurance eligibility systems
• 3 years of utilization of medical terminology in job setting. Knowledge in medical billing codes
• 1 year of knowledge of Epic applications
