Pharmacy Technician - Day Shift

The Acute Care Pharmacy Tech II performs duties relating to the filling and dispensing of unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to the nursing units and other ancillary departments in a prompt and accurate manner. Fill/dispense oral and IV medications, triage patient orders and maintain the integrity of the automated dispensing system (ADS).

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician upon hire, OR Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.
• Minimum of one year (> 2080 clock hours) of pharmacy practice in an integrated health system and current PTCB certification — OR 2 years (>4160 hours) hospital pharmacy if not PTCB certified

• Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician program
• Specialty certification (e.g. ACPE approved sterile compounding certification) where applicable for role
• Previous experience with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) and electronic health records (EHR)

$22.20 - $33.97 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
