• Associate’s Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
• Upon hire:
  National Certification of CHAA
• 3 years experience in Patient Access or Business office setting
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems
• 3 years utilization of medical terminology in a job setting
• Knowledge of medical billing codes
• 1 year knowledge of Epic applications
