Providence Seaside Hospital on the Oregon Coast seeks a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to provide biopsychosocial assessments and develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team. This on-call, variable schedule role serves in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
The LCSW will collaborate with the patient and support system to implement evidence-informed care, adhere to NASW ethics, and contribute to reducing health disparities within our community.
