Key Duties- Manage and deliver speech/language therapy in a home health setting
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support patients in achieving maximum independence
- Master's or Ph.D. in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
- Completion of specialized training or coursework as required
- CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Strong evaluation and treatment skills, professional consultation abilities, and flexibility
