• Manage and deliver speech/language therapy in a home health setting
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment strategies
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Support patients in achieving maximum independence

• Master's or Ph.D. in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
• Completion of specialized training or coursework as required
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Strong evaluation and treatment skills, professional consultation abilities, and flexibility
