Avamere Living Seaside is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to coordinate resident care, staffing, and documentation in our memory care/assisted living setting. The role includes maintaining schedules and care coordination tools for residents, families, and staff.
You will train Caregivers and Medication Techs, supervise care when the Director of Health Services is away, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering warm, respectful care to residents.
