Occupational Therapist – Home Health
Occupational Therapist – Home Health
Schedule8-hour day shifts; up to 6 patient visits per day.
Assignment DetailsContract position; productivity standard is 30 points; guaranteed hours may vary.
Requirements- Oregon license required.
- 1 year of skilled home health Occupational Therapist experience required.
- BCLS/BLS certification required.
- Experience with OASIS documentation is mandatory.
- Must have own vehicle for client travel.
- Conduct functional assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide mobility training and support with activities of daily living.
- Implement modalities such as TENS and ultrasound as needed.
- Support patients with orthopedic rehabilitation including splinting and prosthetics.
- Document patient progress and update OASIS as required.
Background check and compliance documents will be required. Pre-approved time off must be confirmed with hiring manager.
