JOB SUMMARY
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
COMPENSATION- Hourly rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
- Immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision.
- Industry comparable pay – paid weekly and eligible for overtime.

- Hands‑on experience within a production shop.
- 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
- Perform consistent physical activity including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Understand instructions – written and verbal.
- Read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
- Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
